Golden Valley Grange
From the very outset we knew this kitchen was going to be a gorgeous one, mainly because the bones of this period house are so beautiful that our cabinetry would simply become the icing on the cake.
With its lofty high ceilings and big sash windows this airy room is bathed in natural light allowing the richer and darker tones chosen to sit quite comfortably.
Apart from all this gorgeousness it is still very much a working kitchen with a layout and design set for practicality and ease of use. Note the Cooks Cabinet, providing the perfect breakfast bar, with sockets, quartz worktop and masses of storage.
An ideal spot to hide the toaster, kettle, cereals and all the typical messy breakfast paraphernalia. This kitchen displays the perfect balance of elegance and functionality.
Style Board: The main kitchen cabinets are painted in Farrow & Ball’s luscious and deep Studio Green and the contrasting island is Little Greene’s delicate colour shade called Slaked Lime. Worktops are the ever popular and elegant Cortina Cimstone which bounces the light around the room beautifully.
