Start to finish, here’s how we go about turning your ideas into a beautiful kitchen…
Starting your kitchen project is a very exciting thing, but sometimes it can also be a little daunting. With over 30 years of experience in the industry we can handhold you all the way, gently guiding and supporting you through the whole process, right from the very outset through to the final and finishing touches.
It is a very creative process, one where we work closely together with you to design and produce a kitchen that suits your individual needs and specific lifestyle. The result is a beautifully designed and hand crafted bespoke kitchen, a space for you to gather, entertain, relax and celebrate.
Your ideas and booking an appointment
Give us a call to make a showroom appointment. A visit to our showroom means you get to see the quality of our kitchens first hand and meet the team
During your first consultation our designer will discuss your kitchen requirements, we will gather enough information to be able to draw up an initial plan and quote for you. There is no charge made during this initial stage
Design development
If you are happy to proceed to the next stage we will organise a visit to your home to gather relevant architectural information, site measurements and personal requirements.
The design consultant will then draw up a more detailed plan and quote, followed by further discussions and final plans and schedules. A full portfolio of your bespoke kitchen is drawn up finalising all the details.
Building your kitchen
A further site visit to verify all measurements and to liaise with any contractors, architects and interior designers and to ensure all work is being carried out to plan.
Then we proceed to the construction of cabinetry in our Herefordshire workshops, by our highly skilled cabinet makers, followed by the hand finishing process.
Installation
Once made, your kitchen will be installed by our experienced fitters. The site is inspected to ensure it is fully prepared to receive the cabinetry and we schedule delivery.
The cabinets are installed and the templates are made for the worktops. After the worktops are delivered and fitted, we return to complete the fitting and make any final adjustments.
When complete, we conduct a final inspection of the kitchen, to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
And then…
Two months later, when the dust has settled and you have had time to relax and enjoy your fabulous new kitchen we will then contact you to check that you are happy with everything.
