This fairytale kitchen has a sylvan-like atmosphere… echoes of woodland glades with shards of sunlight flickering through leafy trees, all emphasised by the natural colour palette and carefully curated pieces.
A kitchen thoughtfully and carefully designed for a professional chef with an absolute passion for veg growing. With an amazingly productive veg garden just a stone’s throw from the kitchen door, it’s hardly surprising that the main remit here was to create a space for processing all the lovely produce.
It is a clever thing if you can make a kitchen work both aesthetically and practically, especially if the wish list is a very special and specific one. Here it all works very well and for so many reasons: the generous sized butler sink, lovely deep drawers for dried goods, the small round companion sink with hot tap and finally the generous worktop space, all just perfect for inspiring, creating, and cooking delicious recipes.
Not forgetting, it’s also about the language, balance and interaction between the H&P cabinetry and the surrounding pieces of much loved and carefully selected furniture and accessories, if you get this right then you have a perfect picture.
Style Board: All cabinets are painted in Little Greene’s Olive colour and the worktops are a marbleized quartz called Cortina. The handles are solid antiqued brass
